Cancellation Policy
Understand how project cancellations are handled before and after work begins.
Effective Date: August 05, 2026
Last Updated: August 05, 2026
1.Introduction
This Cancellation Policy applies to all digital marketing and digital services provided by Digital Waqt Marketing (“Digital Waqt”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through the website www.digitalwaqt.in.
Company: Digital Waqt Marketing. Brand: Digital Waqt. Owner: Vinay Kumar Gupta. Website: www.digitalwaqt.in. Business: Digital Marketing Agency. Email: digitalwaqtstore@gmail.com.
By engaging our services, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined in this policy. We encourage every client to read these terms carefully before starting a project.
2.Before Project Commencement
Digital Waqt reviews every cancellation request individually on a case-by-case basis. If a project has not started, a cancellation request may be considered after reviewing the project status, scope and any preliminary work already completed.
Preparatory work such as research, documentation, strategy drafts, resource allocation or initial setup may already have begun even before the client sees visible deliverables. Such work may be chargeable if a cancellation request is made.
3.After Project Commencement
Once work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to charges based on the work already completed. Any completed work, strategy, creative assets, consultation time, development effort, reports, campaigns or project management already performed will be chargeable.
Clients will be provided with a clear breakdown of completed work and any applicable charges before a cancellation is finalized.
4.Client Delays
Delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, missing content, missing assets, incomplete briefs or lack of communication, will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation.
Timely client participation is essential to keep the project moving. Clients must provide feedback, approvals and requested materials within the agreed timeframes to avoid delays.
5.Project Suspension
If a project remains inactive due to the client’s non-response for an extended period, Digital Waqt reserves the right to pause, suspend or close the project. Continued inactivity may result in forfeiture of any advance payments and the project being marked as completed or cancelled at our discretion.
Resuming a suspended project may require a fresh assessment, revised scope and additional charges depending on the time elapsed and resources required.
6.Digital Advertising Campaigns
Advertising budgets paid directly to Meta, Google or other third-party platforms cannot be cancelled or refunded by Digital Waqt. Clients acknowledge that these platforms operate under their own terms, billing cycles and cancellation windows.
Any management fees, setup fees, creative production or campaign strategy work already performed for digital advertising campaigns will be chargeable even if the campaign is cancelled or paused.
7.Force Majeure
Digital Waqt shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, platform restrictions, third-party failures or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will communicate with the client promptly and work toward a reasonable resolution, which may include project suspension or rescheduling.
