These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.digitalwaqt.in and the digital marketing services offered by Digital Waqt Marketing (“Digital Waqt”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using this website, filling out our consultation forms, or signing a proposal/quotation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

We provide digital marketing, website development, SEO, branding, AI automation, WhatsApp marketing and related digital services. All services are delivered based on the project scope, proposal and agreement shared with the client before work begins.

All quotations, proposals and timelines are based on the project scope discussed and agreed upon. Any additional requirements outside the original scope may be subject to revised pricing and delivery timelines.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information required for project execution. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Business details, branding assets and existing accounts access
• Content, images, videos and other media required for the project
• Timely feedback, approvals and responses to queries
• Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies for the client’s business

Delays caused by missing client information, late approvals or unresponsive communication are not the responsibility of Digital Waqt and may extend the agreed delivery timeline.

Payments for our services are securely processed through Razorpay, a certified third-party payment gateway.

Payment terms, including advance amounts, milestones and due dates, will be clearly outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Work may be paused or withheld if payments are not received on time.

We do not store, process or have access to your card, UPI or banking details. All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refund is applicable once the project or service has started unless approved by Digital Waqt in writing.

Cancellations made before the project begins may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting applicable processing fees and any preparatory work already completed.

Subscription-based or recurring services can be cancelled as per the terms mentioned in the specific service agreement. No refund will be issued for the period already consumed.

Project delivery generally takes 3–7 working days depending on project complexity, service type and client response time. The exact timeline will be communicated in the project proposal.

Delays caused by missing client information, delayed approvals, technical dependencies or third-party platform issues are not the responsibility of Digital Waqt. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to keep the project on track.

Client content — including logos, trademarks, images, text and other materials provided by the client — remains the property of the client. Digital Waqt does not claim ownership over client-provided content.

Creative designs, source files, strategies, templates, marketing systems, proprietary processes and deliverables created by Digital Waqt remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing and full payment has been made for ownership transfer.

Upon full payment and written agreement, certain deliverables may be transferred to the client as specified in the project proposal.

We use trusted third-party platforms and services to deliver our work, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Razorpay, hosting providers, analytics tools and advertising platforms.

We are not responsible for losses, downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, disapprovals or other issues caused by third-party platforms. Clients agree to comply with the terms and policies of such platforms when using them through our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Waqt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may showcase completed work, results, testimonials and case studies in our portfolio, website, social media and marketing materials only after receiving explicit permission from the client.

Clients may request removal of their work or testimonial from public display at any time by writing to us.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services in cases involving fraud, abuse, illegal activities, policy violations, non-payment, abusive behaviour or any other reason that may harm our business, team or reputation.

Clients may also terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Any outstanding payments for work already completed will remain due and payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. The revised version will always be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Please review it periodically.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
